Low mintage Seated Quarter!

I had about 20 minutes to scan a customer`s vacant rental house, before my next job. This was about 6 inches deep, toward the front of the yard. I was shocked to see this 1840-O quarter, it is the drapery below the elbow type, only 43,000 minted! I don`t like using the overstated "R" word, so I will say it is scarce. Not in the best of condition though.
