✅ SOLVED Machete identification

Hello,

I need some help identifying a machete. It has a mark on the blade of a hand coming out a crown holding a sword or axe. My great grand father found it when they were building the Baltimore hospital on the harbor. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
