Hunting Indian War era sites I usually find more infantry and cavalry items over artillery. But I have found quite a few of the friction fuses used to ignite the powder charge in artillery pieces and I also found a piece of cannonball from a hillside used for practice. I decided to make a display from those pieces and I left room for some artillery buttons.....if I ever find any. Pardon the glare on the glass .
