Magnetometer for less than $8,000

I am wondering if there is a good underwater magnetometer available on the market for a maximum budget of $8000.

Marine Magnetics seems to have good products but they come with a $40k price tag minimum.
Geometrics' magnetometers seem outdated but still cost $20k.

Any solid/low cost alternative?
What do you use?

Quantro Sensing (www.quantrosensing.com) makes the cheapest mags on the market. You can get a boat towed proton mag for $4.995. It has one gamma sensitivity just like the big boys.

I have a JW Fishers Proton 3 Marine Magnetometer that I am very interested in selling for $3,000 obo. JW Fishers is currently selling their Proton 4 Mag but this was the model available before that. This unit has only been used a handful of times.
