Water was down today but I didn't have any boots so I walked the bank looking into the water...found this little point.... ....

Nice find..... I'm sure that dark color is hard to spot on the bottom with all the algae and debris.

Thanks for the replies.It is rhyolite alot of the stuff I find has the faded white patina from exposure to the elements so it was nice to find a dark one..This stream has also produced a nice gouge and a perforated net weight...found them ten feet apart in about two feet of water..Probably my best combo find ever...mjm

Wow that was hard to see and its a real nice one to. When I walk the creek I always look in the deeper spots and hope I see one but at the same time if its to deep Im hoping I dont see one cause the water is very cold.
