Man Uses 21,000 Susan B. Anthony Dollars To Pay Tax Bill

FLOYDS KNOBS, IN (WAVE) - Nobody likes paying taxes and the recent property tax hike in Indiana has a lot of people fuming. One Floyd Knobs man paid his $21,000 tax bill but he didn't exactly write a check. WAVE 3's Shayla Reaves explains.

Alford loaded up more than $21,000 worth of Susan B. Anthony coins to pay his property tax bill totaling $21,333.09. We followed him to the Treasurer's Office in Floyd County.
