Markings on a silver cufflink?

I dug this downtown Eugene Oregon today.

Anyone recognize the markings on the back side?

It not marked 925 or STERLING ~ but I'm sure it's silver.

According to them, the "D - hammer - A" means Dansk Arbejd, or Made in Denmark. Their picture seems to match.

They seem to be the Internet experts for silver marks. Someone there can probably identify the individual silversmith, which I can't.
