Verdict....... She gave me her card and was hoping that the dnr people were there (she was not pleased that they weren't) and wanted to set them straight on the rules saying that as long as I was mding in the water there were no problems with it. She will also send Tuesday me and cc a copy to them a letter stating that there is NO PROBLEMS with me mding in the river as its not a historical site and it is a municipal area. She even pointed that as long as I am between two certain points I am fine!!!
