These are Cedar Waxwings. This is a shot right out my back window. They are going out of their minds getting water, they will empty the birdbath in minutes. Click 3 times to enlarge and zoom in on them, they are so beautiful with their cute masks and yellow tail tips.
That is a very nice shot of some very nice birds. I have only seen them here in south Georgia one time. They were eating the seeds from a cedar tree and going straight to the water bowl.
I was out in the back yard doing some reading and all of a sudden there was some movement down on the ground to my right. There on the ground was a young Waxwing, (I had not noticed beforehand) and the movement that I saw was one of the parent bird bringing it something to eat. They nest around here during the Summer, and this experience was an awesome. They also don't appear to scared of me.
