Mason Plaque Question

I bought a Mason Plaque today for 3 bucks and I can't find out much about it. The nails in the front look older so I was wondering if someone could help with the date and maybe give me a price.

Looking at the wood and varnish I would be surprized if it is more than 5 years old and the nails in the corner are just made that way for looks.

The typeface is also a giveaway. It is definitely modern. Seems like a mail order gift, laser etched with a computer program :/
