I don’t know about that last part, but always remember, history is written by the winners. There is a lot that we were never permitted to know.

Umm, I mean, this is probably a very good demonstration of what is going to happen with A.I. It took thousands of men and horses to transport; a thousand more to manufacture the bricks, dry and fire them. Hundreds of men and horses to deliver them to hundreds of skilled layers. Today, we have fewer skilled Journeymen in the trades. AI back in the day would have replaced almost everyone in the factories (Budweiser runs its Merrimack, NH, plant/brewery with 9-people!) Secretaries, Lawyers, store clerks, plant workers - can and will be replaced by A.I.

I don't believe we forget or re-write history, we move on, invent better - EASIER - ways to do things and in the process lose ancient skills thought up by people smarter than we are today. Think about it this way.. We used to actually physically kill our enemies in battle. It was up close, bloody, and you never walked away completely uninjured. Now, our kids can push a button and millions die. Have we been lied to? Probably. Have we been programmed? Probably. Is history a lie? Probably not.
