Maybe an old spigot and unknown shell casing

I did a little relic hunting in my grandparents backyard and found what appears to be pieces of an old water spigot and I found an odd shell casing stamped "W. R. A. 1943 .303". It has been fired. Any idea how old these items are if this is indeed pieces from a water spigot? The quarter in the pic is for size comparison. I don't have any measuring tools with me at the moment. Thanks!

Do you mean water sprinkler? I dunno check here Graves Antique Sprinkler Museum

Winchester repeating arms made in 1943. It's a USA made British .303 cartridge probably

I think the two items that are the same may be carburetor parts.
