MDing on Ft. Lauderdale Beach area

I'm visiting my sister in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla, at the end of October. Anyone know if I'll have any problems MDing on the public beach in that area?

I am originally from Fort Lauderdale...born and raised! Nope, no problem detecting there at all! Have at it and have fun!
