I found my first clip this week in a $25 box and first serious off center from an unopened 5,000 count bag. They aren't easy to get.

I can't quite tell from your pictures, but the wheat cent is almost certainly damaged and worth a couple cents. The offcenter is cool, but not worth much.

It was minted like this looks like it didn't get stamped on one side
