An item has to be at least 100 years old to fall under the ARPA..........I think it would be difficult for them to enforce it. I would think there would be a whole lot of "gray" area in it.

Hey Free,
Just detect the private property dressed up like you are in your avitar. No one will bother you.

this is the kind of stuff i was talking about in my other post >:( Doesn't the government realize they are loosing tons of support by passing these laws ??? Soon this country will not be the freest country :-\ Where is this law for? this law in fact is going to be very iffy...i mean what if you find a certain artifact that was made from 1889 to 1930? they would have to prove its over 100 years old lol.

Actually Jake, You would have to prove that it's not. Thats what sux.

That's Correct.

? When it comes down to Them against us,

We're Guilty "Unless"? Proven Innocent.
In Which Case, We're STILL guilty, of a Lesser Charge.

Just ask STEVE PHILLIPS

By the way, Dosn't "Innocent 'untill proven' Guilty",? Mean They consider you
guilty already ?
it just hasn't been proven ;)
