An item has to be at least 100 years old to fall under the ARPA..........I think it would be difficult for them to enforce it. I would think there would be a whole lot of "gray" area in it.

this is the kind of stuff i was talking about in my other post >:( Doesn't the government realize they are loosing tons of support by passing these laws ??? Soon this country will not be the freest country :-\ Where is this law for? this law in fact is going to be very iffy...i mean what if you find a certain artifact that was made from 1889 to 1930? they would have to prove its over 100 years old lol.
