Picked this vintage Mercury Capsule Bank at a TS last week for $1. I really don't like to capitalize on bad news but with the passing of John Glenn I'm thinking of listing it for sale tonight on EBay.

To be honest, I doubt that it would bring a higher price now. If it were something more directly tied to him, it may, but not a general item like this.

Cool buy, nice investment.
At the very least. It's a good conversation piece.

It was a great buy for $1. You see many plastic ones but not many metal ones.
