I found these items today. Can anyone identify the toy soldier, and does anyone know what "save this tube for victory" might have been? Thanks for looking!

Educated guess on the tube. WW2 saw tons of rationing of everything. Possible a hair shampoo or toothpaste tube from that time period.

I assume they meant recycle the metal for the war effort.
