Hello I need help.? Is this is a meteorite.? If not does anyone know what type of Rock it is.? Ur help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Not a meteorite.

Slag... IMO Found around a steel refinery and often carried way from those to be used as railroad ballast rock and that stuff can be then spread out for miles from the original source.
