I wouldn't be so quick to give a no...
Could have fell several thousand years ago, rounded by glacial action, or by river agatation... I would have it sliced and the sections acid washed to be sure.

I would still hold on to it .prob. not from a recent fall it does look to have been in a stream or river for sometime .Most likely a "metor wrong" COOL LOOKING THOUGH.....
