So I found this little item tonight. Did not think any thing of it and put it in my bag. I remembered it had some kind of design on it and pulled it out before it got damaged. Got home, cleaned it up a little but could not make it out till I took a photo and zoomed in and look what I found...
I don't quiet know but I think this is some thing extremely old.

I agree with bountyhuntergirl86, it reminds me of printing in children's books from many years back.
