I found this in an area that I know has revolutionary war history. The british chased around some americans platoon or so I hear. The caliber is .615 and the weight is 22.7 grams. Right on target for a ball from a British Ferguson rifle, produced between 1776 and 1778. Of course, maybe it's just a hunk of trash lead.

Also pulled the other bulled, but it looks more modern....dunno. And center of the bottom seems to be originally hollow if that matters...any thoughts on it's id?

Modern one looks like a 230 grain 45acp , round ball seems like a common sized ball for most muskets of the time
