Military dogtag....

Does anyone know of a website that a person can find info on military dogtags? I found a dogtag today that appears to be a Navy issued tag. It has USNR on it and all of the rest of his info also. I was going to post a pic but I didn't know if it would be appropriate to put his info out for the whole world to see. I would like to return it to him or his family if possible. Thanks.
