Picked up a new GM that had an issue, it rebooted itself repeatedly during use. I contacted Minelab via email and got prompt replies on different troubleshooting steps to take. When none worked I was told to return the unit, being so new they would do a replacement. The day my detector arrived at their facility they sent the new one out. After years of hearing how bad Minelab customer service was I have to say how impressed I am with it.
