A great read for us miners! However, it's just another layer after layer after layer of inconsequential laws in the minds of our opponents. Bottom line, they are not going to follow anything that the mining community puts together and throws out there. I don't care how logical or how the past chronologically lays out our right to mine. We are not that basic anymore! We have been overrun to say the least. I'm from Cali so I got a front row seat to this madness...oh, by the way, it will be in your neck of the woods very soon. i apologize for the rant...thanks for posting it.
