Made it out for a detect today that didn't disappoint...it is definitely the nicest RP (Royal Provincials) Revolutionary War button that I have dug, orginally looked like a Tombac when it was dug in the creek... they sure don't come out much better than this.

Awesome recovery. Here in S.C. they find a lot of buttons in Rev War camps with I believe the letters P N on them . Any idea what that might stand for ?
