More Civil War Recoveries from Today

It was a beautiful day in Virginia - the type of day that makes you sad if you can't get outside and enjoy it. Got a late start and had to wrap up early but still managed to sniff out some goodies. Some nice old flatties, other colonial pieces, three-ringers, a sharps, and a spencer. The indian head penny is a 1900.

Me too. I've found an identical piece. I cleaned it up and threw it away thinking it was just trash. Hope it wasn't anything cool!
