We have so many options including a whole new farm we have to tried, we had a debate in the car about where our Plan A & B should be. Glad we agreed on this option.

After Lunch we moved to Brooch Field & did much better!

Congratualtions on the relic and coin finds!:notworthy: I am drooling allover the keyboard; awesome coin finds!

Excellent Roman silver. And to think Spanish silver is old for us over here. Kinds makes you think...

Cheers

Great hunt Cru! Huge congrats on your first deer antler :icon_thumleft:

...oh, and nice Roman silver too :laughing7: Do you guys ever try and clean up the scrappies? I know some people are into picking at those bronze coins and have great results sometimes. With the quantity that you and CruDad find though, I would imagine there isn't much time and you just have a sick pile of Roman coins in a treasure chest or something. haha Glad you're enjoying the weather man. Lemme know if you put v4 on and how you like it... or even if you notice a difference. I have it on, but it'll be a week or two before I can get it in the field due to snow.

When I say scrappy it mean no clean will help. They are not dirty, just eaten away with very little or any detail left.

I'm not really tempted to try V4.0 because I fail to understand how that would help my style of detecting. Pretty sure it doesn't add depth? I pick up every bit of lead the size of a match head.
