I can't figure out what that thing between the lighter and the bottlecap is. It's symetrical...in that the uppre right corner is now bent over ... and it has a little filagry (sp?) on the center pice. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks GD

It kind of looks like the little buckle type thing you would have on your suspenders to tighten them. Normally those are about chest height so that may explain there being a design?? Just a guess of course.
