I like the old lighters....I think the one you found is one that Tim lost last summer.....lol Nice post! The old Bayer asprin cap , you don't see those everyday!

I can't figure out what that thing between the lighter and the bottlecap is. It's symetrical...in that the uppre right corner is now bent over ... and it has a little filagry (sp?) on the center pice. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks GD :)
 

It kind of looks like the little buckle type thing you would have on your suspenders to tighten them. Normally those are about chest height so that may explain there being a design?? Just a guess of course.
