More info please old eyeglasses

I found these old glasses. The frame color is gold and the arms are like a springs wire. On the part that would sit on the nose they say B.O.C..
The case is hard, but it's not wood. It amost looks like leather, but I know it's not

Anyone have any info i.e manufacture, time period etc on these or can maybe lead me in the right direction...
