More pottery and a flake knife

I got rained out but not before I found this flake knife.I'm guessing thats what it is.They seem to be tweaked on the end.....mjm

Conditions kind of suck right now for digging.The grounds too wet and still frozen in spots.All the streams and rivers are seeing high waters should turn up something after they go down.I found this piece of clear quartz that had some flaking done on it....mjm

Yes it is still running in the 30-40 every night rite now. I think this has been one of the longest winters we have had. Im ready to sweat, lol

Don't feel bad we had 17° this morning .Oh well its short lived.I've been out found some stuff so life is good.Today the cold, tomorrow the black flies,mosquitos,chiggers later itll be ticks deer flies and horse flies and ticks.Love it , got poison ivy right now.I'm gonna get me one of those mosquito jackets extra large so it'll cover up my flip-side......mjm

Im glad it wasnt to cold today. I saw a gravel bar that was looking good so I found a good spot to ease off the bank not to deep cause the bank was steep. I didnt know my right boot was tangled in a vine. I stepped with my left foot and my right foot was stuck till the vine broke. Glad the water was deeper than I thought......splash!
