It's been a good day today. Winchesterdigger (Mike) came over. He's a really cool guy. We did the yard. My place is an old farmhouse that used to be all of this area. It has been subdivided. Actually, pretty small now.

We had a blast. At the end of it, about two hours, we had a regular tresure trove. Mike left everything with me. I don't know how to load pics to the pic, but I will when Lori comes home from work.

Our finds:

Lots of clad
Some sort of long buckle, I'll need help IDing it, it's brass, probably civil war (mine)
A part of a lantern, I guess. It has two parts with the hinge and connected. I hope it's pre-1900 . It's an awesome find and Mike worked hard for it. (Mike's)
A 30-30 unfired round that my daughter, Ashley dug up, uasing my Tracker 4 (The lead is half white) (Ashley's)
I have something, seems to have leather on it, not sure what it is. (Mine)
A Ball zinc lid, good find, Mike worked for awhile for it, deep and under a big root. (Mike's)

We had a great morning, Winchesterdigger is a great guy, we will hunt again.

Pics coming this evening.
