Some of the replies here are a bit off from what you should do in reality. As an employee of the financial, he is allowed to discuss anything business related, including your transactions, with other staff and management. I would do just as you have done, respectfully request he keep it secret but do not make threats and try to intimidate with your "connections ". This will likely draw more attention to you after the fact considering a negative experience a teller has with you is more likely to be dwelled upon.
In most instances, the staff will think about you two times...when you place an order and when you pick up... Don't draw any unnecessary attention to yourself. I always give helpful hints to obvious CRH of what to do better when it comes to dealing with my financial...likewise, I make sure to cut off jerks who follow some of the practices listed above.
As a crh consumer we are a unique member of our financials overall membership base and often times it's easier and more likely for a financial to cut ties with a problem member (1 of tens or hundreds of thousands ) than an employee who is likely an integral part of a small staff (5-20)... Just my input from experience as a credit union loan officer.
I also just redhead your post and noticed your primary concern with this gentleman is at your dump bank... I wouldn't sweat it too much honestly...protect the pickup banks, there are always other places to dump ...if anything g ever comes up regarding your eligibility to dump just ask "what has changed between today and last time?" I don't expect anything will come up but if it does, inquire about the possibility of bringing g in deposits precounted in bags to make it simpler - some places will allow it and it's better than being completely shut down .
