Mostly junk and a weird looking bullet

Not sure what kinda bullet this is I never seen one like it anyone know?
Weird little case with a lion and a crown on it. Looks like I can open it more once I straighten it out.

The bullet is a fairly modern cast lead semi-wadcutter. I'm guessing a cigarette box on the other item, but not sure.
