Mother Nature strikes again!

Well I was out today looking for rocks of all kinds. I found this strange looking thing. Must be a type of quartz by the texture of it. It has a strange shape to it and had red clay caked all over it when I found it. I was hoping it was a NA Artifact but it is natural. If you have any strange shaped rocks feel free to add them to this thread for everyone to see. Thanks, rock

LimeStone, Quartz (Clear & White) bacislly a flatted thunder egg.. Might even have some chalcedony in it.. I see planty of these in southern TN.

If it wasnt so rough as in texture it might of been something else but it hasnt been smoothed at all. Darnit!

Got some soaking in my garden tub right now. Don't feel bad rock. Seems I think I have one thing and it always turns out to be the same as you are holding in your hand.

LOL yeah it was a big let down. I thought I had a good one when I felt the hump in the stone.
