Mudlarking Brooklyn video

I was visiting my daughter in New York last week and spent my last day mudlarking Dead Horse Bay in Brooklyn. This was my first time mudlarking and I learned a lot about the ways of the locals and what to look for and where. As the local mayor of Dead Horse schooled me, go for the gold and don't tell nobody nothing. Not a lot of coins, all smoked from the salt, but lots of marbles, bottles and one small gold tip to an old pen. Conditions were not optimum but still another great adventure.
