Alright here's my contribution. I love a good cut of steak but alas it's cost is like filling up the gas tank. So instead of the porterhouse or the ribeye, you take a good cut of sirlion or whatever cut it into serving size pieces and soak them in beer for an hour. In the refrigerator. (let me know which beer you prefer)
Then make up the marinade mix as follows.
1 Tbls of packed brown sugar
1 tsp of seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp of (MSG) aka. Accent
remove steaks from beer and discard beer
combine the dry ingredients and rub over steaks
now put steaks back in the fridge for at least 1/2 an hour.
grill steaks over medium-high heat until at desired doneness
enjoy! it's simple and really good.

That sounds like that'll make a great steak out of a cheaper cut of beef...thanks Mule...I'll have to try it!
