Multi Tool

I recently acquired this piece off of a famous internet site. It's over 5 1/2" and had a number of functions I would assume.
I wish the previous owner would have shown it a little more respect. It has a couple dings on the edges.

It's from Kentucky, and I am not familiar with the material but i like it A LOT.

It's gray under the patina.
