My best find

It was miserably cold and raining last night but that did not matter. I found my first ever gold ring. 10.3 gram found it with my CTX 3030 about 3 inches deep.

It's not going to win any beauty contests but I am sure happy with it. Sorry for such bad pics. I only have my cell phone to take pics. I have not done anything to the ring, just rinse the dirt and mud off.

Great find. Looks like it might have been hand made. I would also guess it's from India/Asia. They're the only places I've ever seen 24k gold come from.
