No, I believe what you have is a case of mechanical doubling, not a doubled die. This is very common and there is no additional value.

so the doubleing on the last s on states and the one on the E in plurbis and the d in god and all of liberty. this is common... ? how common and what is it worth.. I love it anyway. that i found it is great too

Yes, caused by a little movement during striking, still worth five cents! There are a lot of small abnormalities that can be found on mass produced coinage, die chips, slightly off center or misaligned dies, mechanical doubling, grease filled dies, worn dies, not many add much if any value to the coin but there are valuable errors and varieties out there.
