Did a small road trip today and really hit a jackpot. First bank had $2.00 in the teller tray...all clad. Next bank had $2.50 in teller tray.....4 1967s. :icon_thumleft: After a few banks in a row with no halves to sell I found a bank that had $26.00 in the teller's drawer, and that's where the jackpot happened.

Out of 52 half dollars there were 2 Walkers (both 1943), 4 Franklins 1952, 1954, 1959, and 1963), 2 1964s, and 28 40%s. :hello2:

The weird thing is that the 36 coins from the big score all look dusty and dirty rather than tarnished.

I hit one more bank on the way home, and to my surprise they had a full sealed box to sell, so that will keep me busy tonight. Hopefully my good luck carries over.

Thanks for reading, and HH.

The full box was a skunk, but trust me, I am not complaining.

Nice score Cards!!!! WTG!!!!

Very nice score. Once I had a load (well, about 25) of keepers from 2 or 3 boxes that looked as if they had been in a fire. Silver. Cleaned up just fine in my pocket.

apush :read2:
