My first Buffalo, Finally!

I can't believe i have never found a buffalo nickel until today. Was more excited when i found it more than the silver or bullet,lol. Good day out!

They are rare in my neck of the woods. Most I've ever found in a year is a couple. My brother does better on them than I do. I dig my nickels too, not sure what's up with that. They are a fun and rare find, not many minted compared to wheats or mercury dimes of the same years!

I dug a 1936 Buff my very first time out. Probably what gave me the dig dug bug I have not found another!

I have only dug 2 ....I think ...Tho right now I can only confirm 1 in my aging mind , the first was 3 + years ago after 17 years of Detecting got 1 'V' a couple years later.

They seem hard to come by tho I mostly relic hunt but I have hit my fair share of yards in the past.
