Super find and a nice clear date too! :icon_thumright:

Any condition of a 200 year old coin from the ground is beautiful

All U.S. Half Cents are pretty rare as a metal detected find - they don't come up very often compared to Large Cents . You've got
a nice one there - there is actually some decent detail .

Still on my wish list!!!! Big Congrats, awesome shape with detail still visible! WTG!!

Nice find! I've found many large cents............but never a 1/2 cent.:dontknow:

Iowa Dale

Great find bud. I've found tons of LCs and no half cents. Maybe this year

That half cent is a kicka$$ start for the New Year . That little half sister is an inspiration, I am heading out rain or no rain .:idea1:

Excellent find. Congratulations. The half cent and LC are both on my wish list. What a way to start the new year.
