My first Large Cent is quite unique!

When I found this piece I coudn't see any detail on it and assumed it was a piece of a clock or something. After a brief cleaning at home I noticed the 'O' on the reverse and was shocked to find that it was a large cent! My very first!! After some discussion on a Facebook forum group, I think it is a matron head which has been made into a spur rowel or a gear of some sort. Still amazed and can't stop looking at this beauty!
