My first month

June 2011 is/was my first month coin roll hunting. I started coin collecting 6 months ago and coin roll hunting is just a natural growth from that. Totals from this month

10 90% halves (1 walker, 1 ben, 8 1964)
33 40% halves
21 war nickels
3 silver fdr dimes

over 10 oz of silver for less than $23!!

I think I am addicted

I thought we completely wiped out Michigan !!! Must be some imported silver from the UP. Congrats

In addition to the above, I found another 9 silver FDR dimes and 1 more war nickel.

Almost all of my silver halves have come from walking into a bank and asking if the have halves?

They will have a few dollars in halves or maybe 3-4 rolls (by hand). Last week I asked a teller about halves and she point to her plastic coin organizer and said, "I got 27.50 in halves, how many to you want?"
I could see some were silver so I took them all. There were 15 40% Kennedys!
