My first Morgan Dollar!

Spent the afternoon metal detecting the site of a former homestead dating back to the 1800's. My big find for the day was an 1896 Silver Morgan Dollar in an area that would have been in the front of the home. This was my first Morgan Dollar!

That's a rare find friend ! and rarer still to catch it on video - most detectorists never find a silver dollar .
