Geode Joe welcome to TNet. Kind of like buying a new plow truck. Thats the year it doesn't snow. Will someone please buy a new plow truck so this will stop. I tried a new snowblower but believe it was not enough to satisfy the snow/cold mothers of the earth. Hope you get out soon Joe. What part of the northeast you from?

Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting your state for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

yup, rebuilt all hydrolics on my power v plow last fall.here in so.cal.mts.we are having a warm dry winter.havent enen used it once.I hope you easterners get some relief soon.:occasion14:

Yeah, last year I had to get my snowblower out pretty much every day. This year it hasn't been needed since late December. But I am getting my detectors ready for an early Spring, which means that a foot or two of snow are likely in the coming weeks.

Welcome to t-net! and yes I hope everyone gets relief from the snow bound areas!

Welcome to T Net Geode Joe!

Wonder what happens if I take the batteries out of my detector... maybe the snow will go away? (I can hope)

They said that it would snow lightly gathering gathering little to no accumulation of snow at some points during the day, next thing I know the snow it looks like a blizzard outside for the next 45 minutes, then it just mysteriously stopped, 20 minutes later another little "blizzard" five minutes later it stopped.

Welcome my friend. If this truly is your fault maybe you should hide your machine at a relatives house and truck Mother Nature. I am quickly running out of patience with this winter. I need to put my hands in some old dirt soon

Welcome!
What detector do you have?
GL
Peace ✌

Thank you all for the "warm" welcome. For those that asked I am in the Hudson Valley of NY and my first MD is a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV.

WELL... welcome to T-net. I can't blame you for anything since we don't have any snow here.... BUT, we have inches of thick ice and maybe more coming. Maybe you ought to come on over and we'll discuss "buddy"... (maybe bring your helmet).... Brad (your at present friend).

Welcome to the forum!

Yes, this is my first post and I must apologize to everyone in the northeast. I got my first metal detector for Christmas so I am to blame for the weather preventing many of us from getting out and digging. For now it sits in a corner carefully preserved like Tiny Tim's crutch. Again, my apologies.

Yooooouuuu! Slowly I turned . . .

I have a detector back from the factory with a seven year upgrade and new, exciting coil for it , , , and it's -2 degrees F and 25 mph winds outside with so much snow I don't know here to put it. FIE UPON YOU!!!

Not your fault Joe, it's cause T_H believes in global warming

....step by step, inch by inch. Too funny Charlie P!

Out my back door just now,if this is your fault your powers are truly impressiveImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1424434164.808069.webp
