I haven't posted in a while and having a little problem with the new format.
I went to my new area and found this seated next to a sidewalk next to a fence.
I am hunting in the central part of Florida in a town that was formed in the early 1900s.
I never thought I would get my first seated here. I found a Barber Half last week dated
1898. I will post the half in a different thread. There is so much trash in this yard I get tired of digging it but
so far I pulled 1 seated, 1 barber half, 1 standing liberty quarter, 2 mercurys, and one george
washington quarter. I am hoping for a gold coin from this yard. It is next to a road next to an
old park. I am digging allot of pull tabs in the meantime.

Congrats. Nice finds. Are you able to tell the difference between trash and a good signal? I have an older Bounty Hunter that I could tell the difference. It took a while. Unfortunately, due to arthritis in my hip, I can't MD any longer.

Great finds! I really like the cap gun... I had several like it when I was a kid! Congratulations! Thanks for sharing.
