Silver is Silver!..Awesome!

Is that a 1943 S? There's a double die of that year. I inherited one from my father.

I always check my change and very seldom do i ever get anything worth keeping,I may get back one or two silver coins a year if im lucky!

Short story here. I finally updated the programming on my CTX-3030 last Friday. Also added Gone Hunting's relic program. Hunted for about an hour with no luck Saturday. Decided to do a little field check with a modern quarter to check the sound of the new program, it screamed at me. Nice. So I continued about 20 feet towards a ditch and pow, the silver scream! I thought sweet, a silver quarter. Dug the signal and to my surprise a 1943 silver quarter. By the way it was my first silver of the year too. Way to go LuckyThirteen08!
